Yoshino town in Nara Prefecture, a World Heritage site, has many tourism resources (cherry blossoms, mountain priests, Yoshino cedars, Northern and Southern Courts, etc.). We supported the planning, execution, and analysis of a marketing survey for each country, the formulation of a basic tourism plan, and the launch of a curated website, “Yoshinote,” as a DMO, to determine how to attract visitors year-round by turning these resources into a Japanese-style theme park.
